I was at no boat brewery in Snoqualmie Ridge and this was AWESOME!!!! Went back for the Bavarian cream churros for dessert after lunch there and was blown away!
So delicious! I had 2 al pastor and 2 asada tacos! Both were amazing with the salsa verde and lime they provide. Will go back to try other items for sure!
If you like good street style food, this is a great place to eat! the cubano torta is super tasty and LARGE...get this if you are really hungry and like a good sandwich! Have had the tacos in the past and enjoyed them too.
I love food trucks that do it all right with a simple menu. Everything we had here was delicious. This is a food truck, so decor, service, and cleanliness aren't really big issues. So nearly all of the score rests on their superb food. That said, the stools could use replacing but the picnic tables were sturdy and clean, and service was friendly. The food itself is top notch for a full service restaurant, much less a taco truck. The asada meat wasn't cheap ground beef, the adobada was juicy and tangy, the pollo was cooked but not dry, and the fish was lightly fried/seared and perfectly flakey. Fair warning if you get the torta Cubana, it's enough food for two normal people. That thing is massive - but delicious.
Wanted a special treat to end my work week before heading home. Did not disappoint amazing. Chimichanga pork carne asada is what I got. Flavorful and fresh. And the green salsa also very good
Top 2 mulitas I’ve ever had. But difficult to find. Google maps takes you to Subway. It’s not at Subway. If I owned a restaurant I would want people to be able to find it. Nonetheless 5 stars cause now i know where it is and I like good mulitas
Very fast and friendly service. I got two taco plates with pollo and man these street style tacos are delicious. I already hoovered two before I could snap a pic to add to the review. I’ll be back at No Boat next time they’re here!
